After working for several years in the Cargoes Claims and Imports Documentation Departments with major companies in Trinidad, Barry Antoni saw the opportunity for a proactive vibrant and modernized company to succeed. In 1981, at the age of 29 he made his dream a reality, establishing Marine Bulk Carriers Shipping, the forerunner to Caribbean Shipping. Today, Caribbean Shipping is in a league of its own, offering quality service and expertise to its diverse clientele. Apart from managing his own Company, Barry Antoni has also served as Vice-President of the Shipping Association of Trinidad and Tobago.

After working for 15 years in Cargo Handling and Bulk Cargo Operations in Trinidad, Garry Dalla Costa joined Caribbean Shipping Agencies Limited. With Garry's vast experience and marketing acumen in the Shipping and Construction industry, he has been able to develop niche markets making Caribbean Shipping Agencies one of the leading Shipping Companies regionally.

A member of the Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers, Dexter Baptiste has been with the Company since its inception, when the Company represented only one liner service. Today, with excess of twenty years experience in the organization, he manages operations in Trinidad and Tobago, the Leeward and Windward Islands, as well as Guyana and Suriname.

Tara Lutchman began in operations and as the personal assistant to the Chairman Barry Antoni in 1981. Today she is a valued member of the Caribbean Shipping team and has a holistic knowledge of and approach to the Company's operations. She describes the Company as a learning organization, which tries to go the extra mile for the client.
